The Director, Talent Management/Org Effectiveness is responsible for developing and driving the Talent Strategy for the Gap Inc. Corporate Functions, helping to develop an engaged, sustainable talent pipeline for all functions and building global leaders who can work effectively across the organization. The Director will also help drive change capability across the functions and enhance the effectiveness of executive teams in an increasingly complex business model. The Director owns the development and implementation of talent programs, practices and tools within and across the Corporate Functions, working with HRBLs across the Corporate Functions to create solutions to drive business success.
